United States Marshal Frank B-Clark of Ottumwa, la., one of the most ardent field hunters and sportsmen In this state, Is heartily in favor of forming a state-wide hunters* organization, X believe the scheme for organizing a hunters association of i Iowa 13 a splendid one, and one of my suggestions would be to make every man who holds a hunter's license eligible for membership.*’ Mr. Clark says further-, “The money that is derived from the sale of hunters’ licenses should be diverted judiciously to the places where it belongs. It should be used in the propagation and protection of game birds and for the propagation of fish in the streams of the state.”
