(AP) — Thousands of screaming fans surged into State Street early Sunday after Wisconsin’s Rose Bowl-clinching win in Tokyo, venting decades of frustration in a wild celebration of hugs, chants and high-fives.The street was Filled for several blocks with people spilling from campus and from bars in the main off-campus tavern district. Some people scaled covered bus stops and others climbed into trees and shook branches.What did you expect?
