Farrar Named CoachspyeOf The Year IneSoto■ po' sc K; vi CcSouth Jones, winner of the DeSoto Conference football title with a perfect 11-0 record, paced the selection Monday of the league’s all-conferenceteam.IOut-Brave coach Sonny Farrar was tabbed as the conference’s Coach of the Year after leading his club to the championship of the four team league. Sou hJones tackle Perry Richards was named the DeSoto’s Ou ftanding Lineman.In all. South Jones placed eight players on the 22 man squad chosen by DeSoto coaches. West Jones had six representatives on the team, while Northeast Jones and Petal placed five and three each on the club, respectively.Jason Howeton, a 190 pound•enior halfback for West Jones.won the conference's standing Back award.All but two of the selections were seniors.
