Post Season Tilt Between Alabama And Baylor PallsHOUSTON, Dec. 5 (UP)—A pro posed late-December football game matching Baylor and the University of Alabama apparently fell flat today with announcement by Alabama' Coach Harold lt;Red Drew that the Crimson Tide will not consider such a game.Baylor’s Coach George Sauer had .said he thought the proposed contest “would be agreeable to us” if details could be worked out.However, he added, “right now, as far as I’m concerned, it’s prettymuch in the air.”Houston Press sports editor Clark Nealon wrote yesterday that the game hinged on “Southwest Conference aproval, securing of the Rice Institute stadium and a suitable opponent.”Drew said flatly Alabama wasn’t interested—that so far as he was concerned, his team played its last game when it defeated Auburn 34-0 last Saturday.
