| COULDN’T MAKE GOOD.Battling Nelson Had Hopes of Regaining Lightweight Championship.[By International .vs Service.JJeffersonville, Ind., Dec. 4.—Hopes of regaining the lightweight championship again shortly went glimmer-| ing for Battling Nelson tonight when | the best he could get was a draw with Andy Bezenah of Cincinnati in a fast ten-round bout. The champion did not show good form and Bezenah kept boring in all the way. In the tenth round Nelson tried for a knockout but could not land. Both stood together and slugged frequently, with honors even. Nelson failed to show his old time punch at any period of the fight. Referee Marvin Hart declared the bout a draw.
