Their opponents were the Berea high school boys. Elyria Beared three touchdowns in the first half and one in the second. Two goals were kicked so that the score was 22 to 0 at the end of the game.Berea carried Boynton's kick off back to the center of the field where the ball was lost on downs. A series of eteudy gains by the Elyria boya netted them a touchdown in about five minutes, Boynton going over the line. Branch made the next touchdown in about four minutes of play on a buek just outside the tackle. Boynton made a third touchdown near the end of the first half.
