I also ran cross-country this past year. I haven't decided if I’m to play soccer or run track this spring.Favorite television show:I usually just watch the History Channel and the Natural Geographic Channel. It’s interesting some of the things I learn from those programs.Favorite actor: He’s not really an actor, but I enjoy scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson. He’s been on Cosmos | and other television shows.Favorite professional teams; I’m from Detroit, so any of the teams from there.I’ve also been keeping up the New York Knicks lately, but I’d still take the Pistons over the Knicks.Favorite professional athletes: Jordan Burroughs.Favorite college team: Michigan Wolverines. I’ve also rooted for Michigan State at times.Favorite food: 1 like bur- | ritos.Favorite restaurant: Tor-taco.Favorite vacation spot:I went to Colorado for a church trip. I went two years in a row and I really like it.The trip really hit me and changed me personally, plus it’s a beautiful landscape out there.Biggest academic accomplishment: I know it seems like I’m pretty smart, but 1 really take more pride in working hard in most all classes.Biggest influence: My dad.When did you first get interested in wrestling:My freshman year here at Ottumwa.What do you like best about it: That it’s one on one. You don’t have to rely on your teammates to be successful on the mat. It’s more about taking care of your own business if you’re going to win.Personal goals: I’d love to get to state in wrestling, but I also really want to go to college.
