Rig A1 Kaufman, the California heavyweight, has returned to Philadelphia looking for a fight, with either Sam Langford. Jim Jeffries or Jack Johnson for six rounds before the National Athletic club of that city. Kaufman does not mention Jack O'Brien in his challenge, but as Jack Mcduigan is willing to hand A! $1,250 for his end to box O’Brien six rounds at his chib, it would not be a surprise to see Kaufman accept this flattering offer. Kaufman only got a little over $1,000 for fighting Jack Johnson a ten-round battle.
