rHockey F ederation Elects PresidentSTRESA, Italy, Aug. 23 (API— Walter A. Brown, Boston, was elected president of the International Ice Hockey Federation at the close of its 38th annual congress here yesterday.Elected vice-presidents were J. F. Ahearne, Britain, and George S. Dudley, Canada. W. B. George, Kempville, Canada, R. E k 1 o w, Sweden, and M. P. Korotkov, Russia, were named to the executive committee along with the president and vice-presidents.The federation admitted Spain and East Germany to membership and decided on Dusseldorf for the 1955 congress. Next year’s games also will be in Germany.nan
