3 New TeamsIn Cage LoopSItsSCHICAGO AP1 —The Nationally Industrial Basketball League has! added three teams to its member- , ship for the 1959-1960 season.The three teams officially joined to the league Thursday are New York Tuck - Tapers, Cleveland Pipers and San Francisco AEL Investors. All had previously been approved for membership.The league—now totaling nine teams—begins a double round robin 32-game schedule Nov. 30. It will conclude March 15.Because the larger league requires a longer schedule, the NIBL tabled its annual all-star game until the 1960-1961 season.League officials also announced NIBL teams wil play an exhibition schedule against a touring Soviet all-star team this year, beginning Nov. 26 in New York’s Madison Square Garden with the Bartlesville Oilers against the Russians.
