York* Temple, Texas; Bud.27. —1, Klifton, Graham; Ray Luig, Bry-Graham was all set today to wind i son, Texas, and Othal Dockey, ^ up its three-day rodeo and meet- Killeen, Texas.Calf rooinfi—Elmer Carter ofinnof the Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.Memorial services for deceased members were held Saturday morning under the big oak tree where the cattle association was organized 77 years ago. Bryant Edwards of Wichita Falls and Henrietta, president, delivered anaddress.At 6 p. m. a parade was scheduled to wind through downtown street, and the final performance of the rodeo was carded at 8 p. m.Saturday noon saw many pioneers gathered at Pump Station Park for a barbecue. There was to be an old fiddlers contest at3 p. m.Friday night’s rodeo winners include:Eare back bronc riding—Those who made time, Claud Neely, Strawn, Texas; Les Hood, Killeen, Texas; D. Burt, Gatesville, Texas;roping-Antelope, Texas, 12.3 seconds; Roy Savage, Bridgeport, Texas, 14.1seconds.Cowgirls bell race—First place tie, Yvonne Lewis of Fort Worth and Wynono Barnett of Gatesville, both making 11.2 seconds.Saddle bronc riding:—Les Hood, Killeen, and Scoop Davis, Fort Worth, making time.Bulldogging—Earl Davis, Mineral Wells, 10;4 seconds; Dan Davidson, Gatesville, 12.2 seconds.Cutting horse—John Wisdom, riding Jodie Earl, Haskell, making 151 points; Charles E. King, riding Pondora, Wichita Falls, making143 points.Brahma bull riding—The following riders made time: Leo Baker, Gatesville; Walter Worthington, Jacksboro; Bill Spivey,Graham and Red Walker of Belton, Texas.
