Three Vets In LineupDavids Playing HereThree veterans, who are among the most versatile ball players to ever appear here, will show with the Israelite House of David baseball club when it engages the Troubadours at Tronick park Tuesday at 5 p. m.Shown above left to right: Anderson, Tucker, and Tally.Anderson makes a feat of playing every position on the field, and playing each well, at sometime during the game.Tucker, regular first baseman, is generally a« corded the greatest showman in baseball, guaranteeing a laugh a minute.Tally, veteran pitcher and outfielder, has pitched more than 400games in the 17 years he has spent with the club. In those games he lias not pitched he has played in the outfield. In the 17 years he has traveled more than 400,000 miles with the club.The Troubadours will start Cap-pv Groth against the Israelites, but will have an imported catcher to replace Dunk Wart inbee, who is now located at Prairie du Chien.Jimmy Stephenson will be at shortstop, McKenzie at third. Moore at second, and Dunham at first. In the outfield will be Larson, Miller, and Weber.At Sauk C ity last night the Troubadours were beaten by the home club, le-6.
