Kerkhoff Will Coach.The Lafayette Atbletio association foot ball team has been organized and Herman Kerkhoff, who played last year with Denver, will ooaoh. Kerkhoff will also play with the team. The season will be opened soon and the team that will represent Lafayette on the gridiron will be one of the best in the state. The prospects are unusually bright. Manager Newman having already scheduled several important games, the most prominent being with the Indianapolis Atbletio association Frankfort and 9onth Bend. The games will be played at Moore's park. An* other meeting will be held next Tuesday evening, when a captain and manager will be elected and the personnel of the team selected.
