NEGRO SERIES WILL START HERE SUNDAYThe Dixie series will be resumed Sunday at Casino park between the Austin Black Senators, champions of the Texas league, and the Monroe Monarchs, champions of the Negro Southern league. The series now stands two to one in the Monarchs’ favor.If the Monarchs win this series they will be negro Dixie champions for the second consecutive year and will go into the Negro World series with the Pittsburgh Crawfords of Pittsburgh, Pa., champions of the Eastern league. The Austin Black Senators have a strong team and carried the Monarchs into extra innings in one of the hard-fought games at Austin last week.The Monarchs have added three new players to their line-up for this series, Red Murray, “Blue Goose” Curry and Harvey, another portsider of Memphis. With the Monarchs strengthened they expect no trouble in winning the series,
