Ref ClinicFor'PegEarl Dawson of Rivers, the rules chairman of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, announced today that a nation* al referee's clinic will be held in Winnipeg Oct. 9-10.Two top referees from each province will attend the clinic. The purpose of the clinic is to gain a national interpretation of the rules. The referees attending the Winnipeg clinic will serve as instructors in their respective provinces.This is the second annual clinic. Last year's was held in Fort William.Pat Paterson of Toronto and Vic Lindquist of Winnipeg will be doing the instructing for the clinic.
