BUCKEYES VS. LOUISVILLE REDS.About 1,000 persons witnessed the second game between the above two clubs yesterday at the Ball Park, which resulted In favor of the Buckeyes by^ by the score of 5 to 1. The visitors lost the frameatdrscatin ithrough luabiiity to do any effective batting, and by their costly errors at eritioal moments. As base runners they were flat failures, nine wooden men could have done it better. This fault alonelost them several opportunities for stealing bases, but resulted In their frequently being caught napping at first after haring hit safely. The features of the game were the batting of Pearoe, Wheoler, Booth, Shallix and Pearoe (of Louisvilles) the pitching of Shallix and the catching of Miller and Collins, the first base play or Russ, the second base play of Pearce and the playing at third of EUick and Eaglebaoh, while Cline und^Deagle distinguished themselves in Che outfield.
