Westie Team Host To OilsSeeks Revenge for Defeat in Game Scheduled at Fairgrounds.The first of two games to he Blared at the Fairgrounds this week during the county fail* will he staged at 5 o’clock Wednesday evening when the Westmghouse Electrics, who held the House of David club to a 2 to 2 tie in an eight-innmg contest here Sunday, meet the Pure Oil team of Newark.The Pure Oil team is one of the strongest aggregations in the Newark district. The Newark club whipped the Westies, 10 to 0. in a game played a month ago. Jimmy Barrett ■will probably be on the mound for the Westies Wednesday, Manager Frank Emmer said today.No game is sceduled Thursday, but another contest will be played Friday evening. This contest will bring the Westies * against the Delano club, which they defeated by a 6 to 4 score last Saturday.The Delano club won the City league championship, and will be out to eyen matters Friday.
