But the American portion of the city did not wear the same-gala-day look, removed as it is from the currents of German life. .At noon yesterday, the prize turning at Milwaukee garde® ended. Thirteen represented the west side of “the city, eight the south sjde: t?n the north:side, and one the east side! ,The turning seemed to be very carefully done, apd was pronounced excellent by the judges.
