Only at the Milwaukee garden and the shooting, park, and the approaches to them, was any unusu* al throng to be, aft*!.1 ” ’The streets of the Ninth ward generally, were alive with omni-busses, whose drivers were all awako to the imperative need for more passengers, and tired pleasure-aeekers, going to, and returning from the scene of action. But the American portion of the city did not wear the same-gala-day look, removed as it is from the currents of German life. .At noon yesterday, the prize turning at Milwaukee garde® ended. Reuter.I The exercises yesterday consisted of turn iugby boys brtween the .ages of 7 and 15. thirty-two in number. Thirteen represented the west side of “the city, eight the south sjde: t?n the north:side, and one the east side! ,The turning seemed to be very carefully done, apd was pronounced excellent by the judges.
