Golf fans of Atlantic today wore making plans to honor the city’s links star, Phyllis Otto, with a golf day Sept. 1.GOLF EXHIBITIONMiss Otto, Hi-year-old golfer who this year captured the state women’s championship, will appeur in an exhibition match withJohnny Goodman of Omaha, and Betty Noland of Omaha, Nebraska women's champion.Bert McGrane, Dea MoinesRegister sports writer, will serve as referee. Miss Otto’s partner for the exhibition will be selected within a few days.The match will be followed by a picnic supper at the Golf club. Arrangements for the supper are being made by a committee consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Harold F. Shrauger, Mr. and Mrs. WrightHedges, Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Block and Dr. and Mrs. E. C. Montgomery.
