Landis to Pass Judgmenton Cards '-Dean Squabble* -ST. LOUIS, Aug. 20. (/P)—Dizzy Dean and the St. Louis Cardinals' management will appear today before baseball Commissioner Kene-saw Mountain Landis, who will pass judgment on t.he club's disciplinarysuspension of the star pitcher last Tuesday.Bringing suspension arid a $100 \ fine on himself by failing to go to Detroit for an exhibition game.
