Nordiques sicm twin brothersLEWISTON — Hie Maine Nordiques of the North American Hockey League signed defensemen Pierre and Gilles Quintale.The two identical twins will become the first brother combination to play for- the Nordiques.The pair, natives of Boucherville, Quebec, have played together the last four seasons, three in the Quebec Junior Major Hockey League with Laval and Chicoutimi. Last season they were with Milwaukee of the United States Hockey League.Besides locking alike, their statistics from last season with Milwaukee are very similar. They both appeared in 46 games with Pierre scoring four goals, 42 assists andGiUeseight goals and 40 assists.The two were highly recommended to the Maine club by the Quebec Nordiques organization.
