POCATELLO MAY ENTER TOURNEYFour-State Btebaii Serie* Proposed for Ogden In SeptemberSix teams of an eight club tournament consisting of aggregations from Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and probably Montana have dellnitely deeded to participate at Ogden 8lt;. tember 1 to 4 for the Intermountain baseball championship and a purse of $300, according to Ben Wells, promoter, who visited here Thursday. Some I of the best teams developed In these states In the past eight years will participate in the two ! game elimination series.During the tournament, two r partlcijjating clubs will be selected to play a two game series with I the House of David nine Septem-i j ber 2.[ I Pocatello may enter but Com-i munlty league officials had not I; definitely decided the Issue last i night. Clubs already signed are: Clinton, runners up In the Farm Bureau league, of Davis county, Utah; Idaho All Stars, consisting of Rigby, Blackfoot, Firth and Idaho Falls; Diamondvilk, Evanston and Green River, Wyoming, tone to be eliminated); Layton, Utah, and the winner of the commercial league aeries at Ogden.The Idaho All Stars have Just completed a barnstorming trip through Montana, winning seven of 10 cames.
