Roxbury Nosed Out By Clubbers, 2-1, To Hold U ndefeated 1 st Place' * piMMMk : iThe Waunakee Clubbers really hadto pull one out of the fire Sunday afternoon at the local park when they defeated Roxbury 2 to I to remain undefeated in league competition.Roxbury scored their lone run in the first inning and the local team remained scoreless until the eighth when two runs were scored on two hits and three errors.Jim Adler drew mound duty for Waunakfee and pitched a peach of a game, allowing only five hits and struck but seven. Gene Pings, Roxbury hurler, was also very effective when he set the locals down with only four hits.
