Y-, Sunday won the Women’s National Open Golf tournament with nn oven 300 for 72 holes at the Atlantic City Country Club.The Bale missed a five-foot putt on the seventy-second hole to j loie $1,000. A member of the' Country club offered a $1,000 prize to any of the 11 profession-alt in the tournament who scored j leas than 300.Ann Ceaey, Matan City pro, tied for olevonth po*ition, adding 61 to hct 240 for a 322 total.The Babe took the winner’s purse of $1,200. Her score was! eight strokes better than second-place Betty J licks of Detroit.
