Lucchesi ^ark fund bidsApplications for $457,000 in state funds for grading work at Lucchesi Park were approved last night by the Petaluma Recreation, Music and Parks Commission.Recreation Director James R. Raymond said commissioners agreed toapply for $350,000 under the Roberti-Z’Berg urban open space bill and another $108,000 from 1976 state park bond act funds.Raymond said the funds, if approved, would be used to complete grading, land preparation and landscaping on the remaining 20 acres at Lucchesi Park on Maria Drive at North McDowell Boulevard. Grading has been done and recreational facilities already installed on 10 acres at the park.
