Skater Granddaughter Of tfburg CoupleCarletta Soneff, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs Herbert Chappell of Huntingburg, placed high In theUnited States Amateur Roller Skating Association of America.Carletta and her partner placedfirst in the Intra Dance Division in the Indiana State Meet, which made them eligible to participate in the National Event, which washeld in Long Beach, California, July 11, 1965 They placed secondin this event.Carletta also placed third in Novice Ladies’ Singles.She belongs to the Marion, Indiana Skating Club, which will have three skaters, who are eligible to skate in the World’s” Championship in Madrid, Spain, in August.
