THE FAMOUS PEPPER GAME TRIOof Minor and Major League Players here Tomorrow at 6Tomorrow evening at 6:00 o’clock the famous Israelite House of David baseball team will provide the baseball tid-bit of the season—and of many seasons—at Athletic Park, witn the local Royals providing the •! opposition. They are beyond any doubt the most colorful and entertaining ball club on the road today, and it was only aftpr considerable communication with them that the Royals were able to line this sparkling ball team up for a fame here.The Davids are coming here under the impression Medicine Hat is a real live ball town and the Royals hope the fans will extend every effort to attend this game, and prove to the visitors that their impressions are correct. ' *The Davids draw record-breaking crowds wherever they play, some attendances reaching even as high as ] 5.000 persons. Oniy last week over 6,000 witnessed this team in action at Vancouver. Regardless of the population of a city they put oh their-whole show. As it may be another four or five years before Medicine Hat fans will get the opportunity of seeing this team in action again, the Royals hope the public will turn out en masse to tomorrow’s game.Albany, N.Y., Says:There is what an Albany, N.Y., newspaper has to say about the tourists:Atwell, House of David whisker-wearer, was no respector of the Albany ball park yesterday at Bryant Park when he spanked the ball oyer the barrier three times for circuit clouts.Atwell, short, was not alone in his1 complete contempt for the wooden obstruction in. the outer garden, for Clift, centrefielder, lifted two over for homers. One of them over the. most distant spot in the fence, making a hitters’ picnic with five homers for the day.John Tucker, first baseman, kept the fans continually on the alert as he went through, his numerous tricky cajtches. Tucker is without a doubt one of the greatest showmen in baseball today. He has been with the House of David team for ten years, and he is a bona tide member of the House cf David colony.The game was interrupted in the fifth inning for the demonstration of the world famous pepper game.
