MerchantsDefeatLions, 11The Norwich Merchants put to gether 5 runs on three hits and a couple of errors In the third inning yesterday to push them to an 11-7 victory over the Binghamton Lions,The win brought the Merchants out of the Inter County League cellar. Their record is now 4-7.Dave O'Neil, Fred Sousa, and Dave Petley each had two hits in Norwich 10 hit attack.Sousa picked up the win for the Merchants, going all the way.
