Henry Farmer, one of the colored waiters at West Baden, has blossomed into a pugilistic manager. He has a pugilist there in the person of Jess Alexander, who is anxious for a ten-round contest with any 118 pound man in the State, for $100 a side. A $100 purse can also be secured. The “kid,” as Alexander is called at West Baden, is a neat little specimen of manhood and is quite handy with his fists.
