New Orleans Has 3-2 Lead In ABA PlayoffPITTSBURGH (AP) - Larry Brown scored 13 points in the final eight minutes as New Orleans came from behind and then held off Pittsburgh 111-108 Saturday night, taking a 3-2 lead in the American Basketball Association’s championship playoffs.The Buccaneers, who trailed for most of the first three quarters, grabbed the lead for good with 2:09 to go when Brown converted a foul shot, making the score 102-101.Doug Moe led all scorers with 81 points although he didn’t make a field goal in the first 19% minutes. Jim Jones added 24, Brown 17 and Jackie Moreland 15 for the Bucs,Charlie Williams paced Pittsburgh with 29, Chico Vaughn scored 28, Art Heyman 24 and Tom Washington 15.The Pipers played without Connie Hawkins, the league’s Most Valuable Player and itsleading scorer.
