Finals open ThursdayWINNIPEG (CP)-MemorialCup eastern finals will open in Quebec City April 30, Jack Devine of Belleville, Ont., announced today.Devine. Canadian Amateur Hockey Association vice-president in charge of junior playoffs, said the finals will be a best-of-five series with the winner meeting the western champion Weyburn Red Wings.The eastern series will be between Quebec Remparts and Montreal Canadians.
