Colt Softball Crew Wins 1st 2 GomesWADSWORTH - Claverleaf’s girls softball team, with Loretta Popovic doing mound duty for the second straight day, boosted its undefeated record to 2-0with a 9-5 win over Wadsworth yesterday.Wednesday the Colts ripped host Doylestown 11-5 for their initial win.Miss Popovic went the distance against both teams, fanning five Wadsworth batters yesterday and two Doylestowners Wednesday.She was also hot at bat against theGrizzlies, smashing two home runs off losing pitcher Mary Holcomb.
