Hicks Repeats One-Hit GameFurnald, Moor’s Mugs, Phi Betes, Bafflers and H. D.’s Record WinsWith South Field wrapped in clouds of dust whipped up by a bitter wind, Martin Hicks turned in another one-hit performance yesterday to pitch the league-leading Furnald nine to its third straight victory. The Hartley representatives were his victims by the score of 6 to 0.The Moor's Mugs, scoring four of their seven runs in the first inning, nosed out the Phi Betes by the narrow margin of a single tally. Earlier in the afternoon, the Phi Betes had subdued the Slipsticks by .the same edge, 9 to 8. Bafflers Score HeavilyIn its second contest, the Slipstick squad was swamped by Boyce's Bafflers under a 16-to-2 count.
