Roxburgh Would Nix TourTORONTO (CP) — President Jack Roxburgh of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association said Tuesday he will recommend that Canada not.send a hockey team to Europe next winter because the proposed schedule includes games in Sweden.Roxburgh, referring to Swedish newspaper charges of alleged brutality by Trail, B.C. players, said Canada's hockey relations with Sweden are “rather strained at the -moment and there's no point in risking a repitition of what happened last year.”“European referees are especially strict with our teams,” he said, “and on some of the plays which the press criticized so severely, no penalties were called.”He denied a report indicating that CAHA had already decided to send its Allan Cup champions to the world series in Colorado Springs, Colo., while losers of the series between Galt Terriers and Winnipeg Maroons would play in Russia, Czechoslovakia and Sweden.-
