Runner-up Ahmed Salah. of Djibouti also bettered Lopes' old record with a time of 2:07:07. China's Xiao Hongyuan won the women's division in 237:46.Henrik Jorgensen of Denmark won ttfis London Marathon □ 2:1020. 32 seconds faster than Briton Kevin Forster. Norway's ingnd Kristiansen beat Briton Ann Ford by 5:54 to win the women's division in 225:41.Chris Fox of Hagerstown. Md.. beat former Auburn teammate John Tuttie by one second to win the men's national eight-kilometer title at Portland in 22:44. Gail Kingma of Seattle beat Cathie Twomey of Eugene. Ore.. to win the women's division in 26:43.
