GOVERNOR NASH PLEASEDCommends Action in The Franklin Prize Fight Case,Dayton', Ohio, April ID—Governor ash was informed by the Law-- and Order League of its notion interfering with the fight of Barney Walah. and Moore at the Fair Grounds 111 Franklin, wbioh resulted in the arrest of one of the principals, and tho governor immediately dictated the following reply: I uni in receipt of your favor relating to the prize fight which was held ro- j dently in the outskirts of your town, J and note with interest what you saytherein. I regret that your league and the sheriff were unable to arrive on the soene of action in time to prevent the fight, but am glad that one of tho. parties has been apprehended.
