—At tbe Turner’s Hall on Sunday, commemorative services were held in memory of President Liucoln, and also of thirty-five of their members,. who have died iu the seivice of their ' country during the war, Ex-Governor Sal-oman, who worked more earnestly during the war than the' Governor of any other State iu tbe Union, and whose administration uf military affairs was frequently the subject of compliment, at the War Department, spoke eloqxiently and feelingly. Gen. Fred. Winkler also addressed the. association. Nearly two hundred of the Turners of this city enlisted during the war. • ’
