Simmons, who entered the race as the points leader in the Hav-A-Tampa series, dropped out on lap 42.One l?p later. Duvall cut-a right rear tire and hit the track’s banking, bringing out a caution. That allowed him to get the tire changed but forced him to the rear of the field. That didn’t last. Duball charged through traffic easily and moved into second in just three laps but never could pass Bloomquist for the victory.Clint Smith finished third, followed by local favorite Buster May and Mark Miner.In an earlier Limited Late Model race, Buddy Smith snapped Lynn Mercer’s unbeaten streak at the track this season, leading all 20 laps. Mercer finished second, followed by Roger rtamrick and Bill Rush.' The Hav-A-Tampa series will run tonight at 1-85 in Greer, S.C., at Charlotte’s Sunset Speedway on Friday night and at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, S.C., on Saturday night
