DICK MENTZER NAMED FOR MARTINSBURG TEAM _IDick Mentzer, instructor at Hoi- j lidaysburg High and a Martinsburg native has been elected as coach and manager of the Martinsburg entry in the Blair County Baseball league for the coming season.An enthusiastic meeting of the boosters was held this week at the Maurice W Arnold home at Mar-tin.sburg. Officers elected include President Arthur E. Martz, vice president J. H Hartman, secretary Maurice W. Arnold, treasurer J. P. Rcarick, with Craig Berringer and Leon Kensinger as representatives to the league meetings.Funds to promote the baseball i team will be raised at once and a half dozen awards will be made to ticket purchasers. Messers Renr-ick, Kensinger and Hartman willI handle the fund campaign.Work is progressing on the ball grounds and boosters are hoping the field can be used some time during the season.
