FEATURE AND12 AMATEURBOUTS CARDEDYoung Firpo and Frank Perusich Meet to Top a Flashy Intercity Contests p at Liberty Theater.A series of inter-city amateur boxing bouts will be topped at the. Liberty theater this evening by an ex-nibition contest between Young Firpo, Pacific coast light-heavy-weight champion, and Frank Peru-sich, former Montana amateur heavyweight ruler. The show, starting at 8:15 o’clock, bills 13 three-round bouts, for the benefit of the FlflRA adult recreation project here. All proceeds go for equipment for FERA projects in which 2,500 persons are getting free instructions from experts in their chosen courses here each day, Joe Lally, local project director, has arranged a hangup card for tonight and a capacity crowd is expected. Admission prices are 25 to 45 cents.Anaconda Sends Strong Team.Returning the compliment of a recent invasion by a Butte squad of FERA class boxers, Anaconda is sending a strong team here tonight with a couple of strong Deer Lodge contenders helping out the Smelter city crew.Four Butte boys in the 75-pound class pair off in the first two bouts tonight, Joe Simonich meeting Ray Vidich and Battling Lewis facing K. O.
