Winder averaged 33 points a game, 17 rebounds, and seven blocked shots. Voted Texas’ MVP in their version of Class AA schools, Winder is a member of theNational Honors Society.Mickey Crowe is 6-6 and the MVP in Wisconsin. His 43 points a game average was boosted in one game when he scored an incredible 76 points. He scored 2,749 points in his high school career at John F. Kennedy in Green Bay Wisconsin.Danny Newman, a deadly outside shooter from New Orleans, will also represent the U.S. team. Newman averaged 27points a game in his senior year along with 10 assists. He has earned All-State honors twice and has been voted to the all New Orleans team three times.Missouri’s Most Valuable Player, 6-6 Johnny Ricks who averaged 25 points a game in his four-year high school career, poured in 27 points a game as a senior. He was all-city three times and all-state twice.
