1)1 ey ready to inkCALGARY (Staff) —Dev Dley is on the verge of igning his second contract as WHL commissioner, the Regina Leader-Post reported.It is believed Dley, a iawyer who served as the WHL’s legal counsel for five vears, will sign another three-year deal that will have to beformally approved by the board of governors who voted 17-1 last month in favor of offering Dley another contract.The lone dissenting vote, according to Lsader-Post sources, was cast by the Brandon Wheat Kings.
