Juckes, • columulst Doug Fisher and Lou Lefaive, president-designate of the federal administration for sports and recreation, are in the Finnish capital.The spokesman said Canada has prepared a solid base for re-entry into the world ranks and is expected to receive support from the Soviet Union and other Com munist-bloc countries.Canada pulled out of amateur international hockey in ltt» after Hockey Canada, the organization that initiated the historic September, 1672, series between Team Canada and the.
