SCHOLARSHIP WINNER — Chester High School football star Michael T. Semcheski, second from right, is congratulated by George T. Vincent, manager of the Ford Motor Co. Chester assembly plant, as a winner in the 1958Ford Fund scholarship competition. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Semcheski Jr., 718 E. 8th st., Chester, participated in the brief ceremony. The elder Semcheski is a general utility man in the chassis department at the plant.
