Dalton to SpeakRICHMOND (AP) — Gov. John Dalton will be the featured speaker at the April 28 Virginia Sports Hall of Fame dinner in Portsmouth, it was announced today.Two of the six inductees. George McQuinn and the late Frank Peake, have been announced. The names of the other four persons to be honored will be released in the near future.The banquet, which will be held at the Elks’ Home in Portsmouth, will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a social hour. Dinner and the presentation ceremony will follow.
