Quanah'Was only a point behind the Hawks of Iowa Park with 54.Carver picked up 20 points In the relay with a 42 3 record race. In the 880 dash, Jake Schmidt of Iowa Park was fourth to winner Edward Amos of Carver who clocked a 1 57 2 Robert Patterson, of Carver and I^arry Thomp-spectacular 22-m with Thompson third at 21-11A4.Carver copped the mile relay in 3:21.1, leaving everyone farbehind.Terry May of Iowa Park heaved the shot 50-7 */2 for a first in the event and teammate Robert Dawson was fourth at 45-1034 Richardson of Quanah won the High jump at 5-lOVfe. In the 180 yard low hurdles, Chuck Hobbs of Quanah w as second behind the winner's 19.9 with Iowa Park's Thorr\pson .fourth and teammate Tarbet sixthDoug Jeffrey of Quanah was second and iimmy Skinner of Iow§ Park .fifth in the mile run. Terry' Richardson of Quanah and Bill Hughes of Booker tied for first in the broad- jump at aup with 65.Taseosa took the relavs with records of 42.1 in the 440 and 3:20.8 in the mile.
