Some say pro football is not enlightened enough to confer such an important leadership position on a Negro. Some say the Negro is just too dumb to be a pro quarterback. Some say the Negro can't pass well enough to make it in the pros. Some say we really don't know if the Negro can be a pro quarterback because we’ve never given him a ' real test. i$ Why do Negroes excel at so many nlher positions and not at this one?
