During the three years with Detroit Syracuse has been blessed with excellent center fielders such as I,ou Johnson, Mack Jones, and Mickey Stanley. If this is not accomplished by then it looks like the veteran Bill Tuttle or rookie Wayne Comer may have to start.Owner has been one of the real bright spots during spring training. Carswell says, “Wayne -is a complete player. . .he can run, throw, and hit better than the average. He is not great but he has been impressive and has the tools to make it. But when he does he will give the Chiefs sorely needed power.To sum up the Chiefs expect to unveil a 1966 club featuring slrong pitching, cHlehing, belter than average speed, an adequate infield and outfield, but short on power.
