Marriott Jr., president, said.Mr.-Wain was named president of Big Boy Restaurants of America, a division of Mar-riptt-Hot Shoppes, Inc.Big Boy operates 22 restaurants in the California area and franchises 580 in 38 states, including four outlets in Utah.
