Woman Appointed to Ferris Control BoardLANSING (AP)-Gov. George Bomney today appointed Mrs. Hugh (Fran) Harris of Detroit to the Ferris State College Board of Control.She succeeds Charles Fair-man of Big Rapids, resigned, for the remainder of a term expiring Dec. 31, 1970.
